What is The Process Like?
You are in the driver’s seat. I’ve got the map. And together, we determine the destination. How? Typically we meet every two weeks (sometimes more often) to work on articulating your values, needs and wants. You give me the history to provide context for the issues you’d like to address. I provide tips, tools and strategies to move you closer to your chosen destination.
But first, we start with a FREE 30 min Introductory Call to see if we’re a good fit!

2. Get In Touch.
Send me a quick note to let me know you would like to have an Introductory Call. Include your time zone and general availability.
3. Watch for a return email.
Sometimes my reply will get lost in a Spam or Junk folder. Keep an eye out over the next few days for it. I’ll suggest some times for your Free 30 min Introductory Call.
4. After our call, if we both agree we're a good fit to move forward...
…you choose your preferred package or whether you’d rather have single sessions and then we set a start date. I’ll draft a Coaching Agreement that outlines our roles and responsibilities as we work together.
5. Coaching Commences!
We begin the work! I will show up, ready to provide support, offer perspective and give you tools to assist you in achieving the changes you want to see in your world.
